Bill was responsive in giving us quotes. His crew was prompt, respectful, and did the work quickly. They were a little late in the season for doing gutter cleaning, but that has more to due with Northeast Ohio's weather predictability. All-in-all I would recommend to friends and neighbours.

Didn't return first call. I followed up and he did return my call. He came to my home and gave an estimate, but didn't show up to do the work. When I tried to call to ask why and to reschedule, he never returned my calls.

I would recommend, without hesitation, New View Window and Gutter Cleaning. Bill was just here with his crew. Each and every person was cooperative, helpful and pleasant. They did their level best to unstick windows and take care of any other issues that were not part of normal window cleaning. The windows are very clean and look super! He will be coming back on a regular basis to do the windows and the gutters (in the fall.)

Bill (the owner) and the guys are great.  They do a terrific job, quickly and efficiently.  I feel confident with them climbing on the ladders as they are current or former firefighters.  All of the men are courteous, friendly and appear to have a genuine camaraderie.  They wash the windows - all 34 plus 2 doors and 3 sliding doors - twice a year.  Additionally, the clean the gutters and any debris on the roof.

"I responded to this phone call within an hour of the voicemail being left for me. I requested that the customer send me their address so I could give them a proper estimate. I never heard back from the customer with their address. I am receiving many phone calls each day. I always respond to voice mails that evening or at the very latest the next day. We have been a super service winner for 14 straight years, we are all about customer service."

Bill was professional, conscientious, did a very thorough job. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend his services. He raised a concern about our gas fireplace due to high amount of soot build-up on our windows, and pointed out a few storm windows which had been installed incorrectly by previous owners.

They did the job so quickly which was nice as the homeowner.  It was cloudy the day they cleaned the windows so I waited to write my review on the actual cleaning -  for the next week we had a sunshine and our windows especially my 2 story family room window were spotless.  I don't think they have been this clean in years!  I will be calling them in the spring to do inside and out of all of our windows. 
They will be back later in the fall to clean my gutters.
I HIGHLY recommend Bill and his crew.  It is worth every penny!

Estimate was simple an easy. They charged exactly as quoted.  Arrived timely and completed job faster than they forecasted.  Windows were clean but not perfect. Some streaks along parts of windows.  Did not finish all skylights because they did not come with the correct ladders for the skylights. To be fair, the skylights are very high inside home and difficult to reach on exterior of home. Good job but would have liked a little more attention to detail.

"Yes the customer is correct. There were two skylights that were not done. They were too high to get. The original estimate do not include cleaning these two skylights because we could not see them from the ground. I would ask if the customer was unhappy with some streaks to please give me a call back so I can take care of them. Thank you and have a good day"
