Great!! This is the 2nd time I have used SEJohnson Painting. The first time they removed wallpaper, patched plaster walls and painted my living and dining room, ceilings and fireplace. This time they painted all the interior walls and the doors and ceilings. The entrance to my foyer is about 18 ft. high. They painted the spindle stairway. There was no splashing. Great taping job. They cleaned the area well. But most important is that Justin and his crew were courteous, respectful, approachable, on time. They were a well-oiled machine. I can't say enough about them. Jennifer, their secretary was always pleasant , courteous, and helpful. Now the house looks fresh, bright. It is just amazing what a coat of paint can do! THANK YOU!!!

The guys were on time and did the work right according to schedule. They were timely, friendly, and professional. After pressure washing the house, they went back through and cleaned all the windows. Did a GREAT job on painting the white trim! My house looks like new!! Really happy with the results and with this company. Have also hired SE Johnson Painting, LLC to paint a room in my basement and they did a great job on that as well!

Scott personally visited to view and give estimate. At a later date a crew of three men pressure washed the deck. Debris and chips flew everywhere, but they had covered the plants to protect them, and when they were done they hosed off the siding. They even helped move some of the heavier items off the deck before starting. They were careful and professional. The date for staining had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to rainy weather and work schedules. A crew of four arrived and in one afternoon, did some additional sanding and wood prep, filled in a couple of small holes (at no extra charge), helped move the furniture, and applied two coats of stain. They were friendly and answered our questions. Obviously they were experienced because they worked well together. Two things come to mind with this job. First, on the day of staining, they used an electronic moisture meter to verify that the wood was sufficiently dry to apply the coatings. Second, where the deck rails meet the house at two locations, there was not a single drop or smear of stain on the vinyl siding. Very impressive! When they were gone, there was no sign they had been there, except for a clean, fresh, new-looking deck.

The workers were very professional and courteous. They arrived even early and were very organized. They protected the flooring and taped around woodwork and doorways. After they completed the painting, they replaced the switch plates and cleaned all the work area. They even vacuumed the carpet where the drop cloths covered. I would highly recommend this company and I will have them perform more work.

It went well. After determining only two people could not remove difficult paper, Scott sent in a crew of six to build momentum. Took 9 days to do wall repair and paint 3 very large rooms, rooms, a bathroom and seating area, 2 skylights and 5 room's ceilings. We were pleased with the overall job. Crews were courteous and friendly. It was a very difficult job. We are very happy.

The finished project was unbelievably wonderful! I was not present during the painting, but when I saw the completion, I was extremely pleased. They actually brought the buildings back to life! Scott offered to do some lettering at no cost, but not only did he do that, he repaired an entire wall mural that was faded and peeling. Scott was so professional and kind. He was always prompt and reliable. There simply are not enough words to describe the wonderful experience we had working with this very fine business. HIRE them! They are the best!!!!!! I highly recommend the company if you are looking for any painting needs.

Scott was very polite and professional and showed up on time to provide the free estimate. We scheduled a day that worked for us, and his workers showed up on time and were efficient and professional. They did exactly what we had discussed. His price was lower than other estimates, and they did a great job! We will definitely use them for our next paint job and highly recommend them!!

We're first time homeowners, not DIY-kind-of-couple, with our first baby on the way. Previous owners of the house kept the place nice and move-in ready, but had sponge painted walls on several rooms/ hallways, including the room we decided to use as the nursery. We met up with Scott and had him quote basically redoing the entire baby room (from painting the walls & ceiling, repainting baseboards, crown moulding & trims; replacing door and closet doors. Since this was going to be our very first house project, we weren't sure what to expect. His quote came in more than what we had anticipated but after he explained all the steps necessary to do the project correctly, we deemed it was fair so we had him revise the quote to simply painting the walls and ceiling. He got back to us quickly, found the price acceptable and we went ahead and scheduled the job.
Prior to the scheduled painting day, we decided to just replace and update the baseboards, trims and moulding so we just went ahead and took those out in preparation for Scott?s team to come in. On the day of the job, his crew arrived bright and early, we went over the job details quickly and they got started. They did a wonderful job painting the walls and ceiling ? the walls look brand new!! They did a nice job fixing the dings we accidentally put on the drywall during baseboard removal and it now looks flawless! They were even nice enough to take the old baseboards, crown moulding & trim that we took out and disposed it for us!
We are very pleased with the outcome and have already called Scott to do another paint job quote for our kitchen. So glad to now have a ?paint guy!?

Very satisfied! Scott and his team worked hard and did a great job! They had a lot of repairs and patch work from us taking down wallpaper but I'm very impressed with their work.

Mr. Johnson gave us an estimate that seemed fair and reasonable. He was pleasant , polite and kind. He promised to start the work on a certain day.

He showed up bright and early with a crew of 4 or 5. They were in a marked vehicle and had on white uniforms. The looked and acted very professionally. We had anticipated that the work would take a week to complete but each man had a certain assignment and dug in immediately.

Mr. Johnson oversaw his workers.

The work was completed in two days and we are THRILLED a with the excellent results!

I would strongly recommend this gentlemans company for your home repairs. I plan to have him back to do some more painting and wallpapering. It was a wonderful experience and our home looks terrific!

My experience with Scott Johnson and his crew was very positive from the initial contact through the completion of the job.  Scott responded to my initial inquiry very quickly, scheduled a visit and provided a quote within a few days.   His quote was very reasonable and included everything -- including vacuum sanding the walls.  Scott's team showed up to start the job exactly when he said they would and took the time to fully protect my home,  including completely covering my new bamboo floors and practically shrink-wrapping everything in the house.  
My elderly mother lives with me and, since we were having everything painted, we decided to move out while they were doing the work thinking it might take the better part of a week.  They started at 7 am on Monday morning and were completely done by 5:30 Tuesday evening and even had our furniture back in place!  It has been three days since they finished and we have not found a single drop or splatter of paint anywhere and not a single spot that is not perfect -- and believe me, I have been looking.  The previous color in the great room and hallways was a very saturated blue/gray and we went with a cream color.  There is not a shadow of the previous color anywhere!

Scott came to my house to first give me an estimate of the work I wanted done.  His price was far better than others. I would remove the smaller items and things in the closets and his guys would move all the furniture. I had already picked the paint color
(white).
On the first work day he and his men arrived early and then I went to work. When I got home, I wasn?t entirely happy with the coverage on the living room walls. We decided that everything would have to get 3 coats instead of two we originally thought. By the end of the next day, when I got home, they were just wrapping up and everything really looked great. I was/am very happy with how everything turned out. I did give him a little extra because of the additional paint needed but he didn?t charge extra for the additional unexpected labor involved. He stood behind his original estimate.

Scott and his team did a great job. They went above and beyond my expectations. They even painted things I asked for later that I did not think about until they were doing the job. He did not even charge me for the extra work, the bill was the same. I was so grateful I gave him a nice bonus. I even felt so good about his workers I gave each of them a little bonus that will get them a nice dinner. They worked here for 5 days. Very professional attitudes with all his workers. I could not be happier with their work. I'm already thinking about how I can use there help painting at our house. Thanks for everything Scott I sincerely appreciate it. You are highly recommended.

The team was very professional.  All surfaces were protected and taped quickly, painting was neatly done.  Team was courteous and friendly, so much so that I asked for their services again!

It went well there was 2 painters and they were on time and done before you knew it. I was able to put my room back together by night time

Scott was simply great. Color selected was perfect (a little loud for the neighborhood but I loved it - a bright
'sky blue' for the siding along with white trim).
Made for a very 'sunny', clean, inviting appearance.
Also did some minor patching and the job was done in less than
a week.
He even gave me a discount for being a veteran!

They were awesome and timely in finishing project.  Always on time.  Inspected by owner of company to make sure done to his liking as well as ours.  We have used them before to do painting in our home and were very pleased.  Referred them to several friends and would have them back again to work for us.
