I had a LOCAL waterproofing company waterproof my basement. During that job a jackhammer was used for two days to open up an interior trench approximately two foot wide around the entire perimeter of the basement. Apparently the concrete was a couple inches thicker that usual which produced more dust than normal. That LOCAL company neglected to cover or tape off any part of the work area resulting in thick cement dust over, under, around and on top of everything. Dust travelled thru the duct work to the upstairs also but to a lesser degree. Unfortunately the waterproofer took two weeks before finally conceding his negligence and agreed to allow a  professional cleaning company to do what needed to be done.
Servicemasters Jerry Miller quickly prepared and submitted an estimate. Mr. Miller recognized my frustration regarding the situation 
and his calm demeanor and  knowledge of his business convinced me all would be ok. Upon approval of his estimate a three person team came out the following day to begin work. Three very professional, personable and  extremely hard working team members spent 3 full days completing the job.
I was extremely happy with the service that I received and will recommend them always.

These guys are great. Came out the night of the flood. Then came back the next day, instead when I asked them to. They got in and out quick, were prepared, flexible and friendly.

THE WORK WAS DONE SPOTLESS. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY WORKED SO HARD, PROMPT AND PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE VERY NICE GENTLEMEN, NICE TO TALK TO AND VERY GOOD LISTENERS. THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL, THEY LET US USE THEIR CELL PHONE SINCE WE HAD ALREADY SHUT OUR PHONE OFF. WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE TAKING A BREAK, THEY WERE BACK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.
