"The young lady that scheduled the visit was exceptional. She was friendly and accommodating. Work was completed. The fellas were respectful, engaging, and highly knowledgeable. They took time to explain things in laymen terms and demonstrated how to operate each fireplace. For a beginner like me I was overjoyed to have the direction. They even offered to come back in the Fall to show me again how to operate the fireplaces. Exceptional service! I requested for them to put me on their list next May to complete more work."

"I recently booked with Concrete Masonry LLC through Angi to tear out and replace some cracked pads on my driveway. They tore the pads out about two weeks or so ago (cracking multiple other pads in the process but they pnly ate the cost of one pad, they left a broken pad unreplaced) and they also damaged a fake turf yard i have installed. They destroyed the edge of the turf and now I have to pay out of pocket to get it repaired. They came on Friday 5/9 to do the pour. They showed up unannounced. The pour began at 1130am and they left before 130pm. They poured somewhere around 2-3 yards of concrete, there is no way to properly finish that amount of concrete in under 2 hours and I have verification on my ring doorbell of their time leaving. What I have been left with has been described to me from 2 separate contractors plus additional family member in the trade as the worst quality flat work job they have ever seen. One is another Angi certified pro who I plan to use to fix this job. My father is also a concrete contractor in PA and said in 40 years he has never seen a driveway this bad based on pictures I sent him. You can look at my sidewalk, the rest of my driveway, any of my neighbors' concrete driveways and see this quality is unacceptable and looks like someone did the job who has never finished concrete before. I have already paid this contractor, Concrete Masonry, $5,000.00 and this will cost me $7,000 per a signed conctract with another contractor to get this fixed plus fix my turf yard they damaged (original cost was over $13,000). They cashed my checks as Concrete Masonry LLC but the business info I am finding online linked to the owner is a company called Masonary Repair and Replacement Services based in Brook Park, OH registered to John Morris. He emailed me the quote from an email with the same name. This job is so bad that I feel I need to pursue legal action against this individual if they do not repay me. I cannot let this contractor try to fix this job, I dont not believe they actually have the capability to do so. I have found out today the contractor did not pull proper permitting and skipped inspections required by my city. This is the responsibility of the contractor. He also left concrete washout in the road and in my yard. The city of Lakewood also stated he is not registered, licensed or bonded with the city. You can contact the Lakewood Building Department at (216) 521-7580 to verify this claim (as well as Concrete Masonry not pulling the required permits and skipping inspections). In addition to the horrible quality of the work and damage to my property, the concrete he put in us holding standing water in multiple areas. It has rained since the pour and i can verify that most of the areas they poured holding standing water. This is a clear sign of lack of knowledge or just disregard for quality. A concrete driveway should never have standing water. I have submitted complaints in regards to this. I will attach pictures details the lack of quality and terrible work product. You can also see the pictures I previously submitted if you look at complaints #18088642 and #18128139."

"This company seems like a scam. There is no local address. All calls I got pertaining to the service looked to be coming from New York City (I live in Cleveland Ohio). I requested service, a tech came out that I could not understand due to him not being able to speak English, he looked at my fireplace, spent less than 10 minutes here, did not give his name, had me click a link on my phone to "approve an estimate" which I stupidly did, charged me $100 and left. Our gas fireplace still doesn't work right. I would not trust this company."

Chimney repairs can take many forms for a seemingly simple structure, and costs can vary widely. Common chimney repairs include:
Chimney flashing repair: $150–$500
Repointing mortar joints: $400–$2,500
Repair or replacement of flue liners: $200–$7,000
Patching brick or stone: $350–$3,000
Pouring a new concrete top: $100–$3,000
Repairing chimney caps: $75–$1,000
The cost to replace the chimney crown or top is about $1,550 on average. The range varies widely depending on the size of the chimney, the materials used, accessibility, and the extent of the damage. If you suspect a problem with your chimney top, call a professional masonry contractor for an inspection.
Some of the most common chimney problems include:
Creosote buildup
Chimney blockage
Deteriorating brickwork or stonework
Cracked chimney top
Damaged flashing
Flue liner damage or deterioration
Damaged chimney cap
If you suspect you have a chimney problem, contact a masonry contractor for an inspection.
On average, chimney repairs cost about $455. However, because of the vast range of potential repairs needed, the cost to repair a chimney ranges widely from $160 to $15,000, depending on the type and extent of repairs required.
The cost to replace a chimney is about $10,000 on average and can cost up to $15,000, depending on the size, accessibility, materials, and extent of the replacement. Sometimes tearing the chimney down to the roof line and rebuilding it is an option. But if the chimney's internal structure deteriorates badly enough, a complete demolition down to the fireplace or the foundation may be necessary.
