OUTSTANDING: They did a great job at rebuilding my firebox that had caved on the back wall and side....and it was at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone looking for mason work. Very pleasant to work with and schedule. They were also on time and easy to communicate with.

I needed my top part of chimney repaired Bob was very professional , kind and honest with repair and coast . I really appreciated his quick action from him and his employees to get this job completed for me in a timely manner . The whole company is very respectful and hard working. Thank you .

Bob was great to work with. He was very responsive to calls and emails. He came out to give me an estimate to rebuild my front steps. He weighed the different options to provide the one that would save me some money. He told me he could reuse one of my steps and cut a second step out of the top platform which helped reduce the cost. I appreciate him doing this instead of just trying to sell some more product. He and his crew showed up on the schedule date and completed the work in just a few hours. They cleaned up the entire area once the job was finished. My new steps look great.

It went great. Bob and his crew were very professional. Bob was very understanding of our association restrictions and worked with us on scheduling and colors. Additionally, he helped with the design of our kitchen step. Other contractors were going to just pour a concrete step, but Bob recommended a brick and limestone step to match our porch step. It was slightly more expensive but it was a great idea and we agreed to it. He was always responsive and kept us updated on project milestones. We had two other bids on this project from Angie's List contractors and KCMasonry was the least expensive even with the additional cost of the brick and limestone step. Bob let us know the job would take five days (weather permitting) and they finished right on schedule. They kept their mess to a minimum and always cleaned up,at the end of the day.

We had our stairs done previously by another mason who was unprofessional, unethical and basically was the most expensive lesson learned I have ever experienced. The stairs were a mess and needed to be rebuilt. After over a year trying to find a contractor to fix our problem, KC Masonry was recommended to us by a friend who had used his services before.
Bob came out for an estimate and explained all of the issues he would fix and really listened to what we wanted and promised to do everything in his power to re-use some material to try and lower our total cost.
Once Bob and his team were finally able to come out to start the job (no fault of their own, this spring was very rainy), they were very professional and punctual. I got updates throughout the week and felt very comfortable with the entire experience.
All and all, I would highly recommend KC Masonry to anyone looking for masonry work, you will not be disappointed!

See above details on the actual construction. The entire team of people were accomodating, neat, respectful, kind and friendly. They were very good to answer all of my questions and concerns as the process went along and come back to make small adjustments that I requested, always with a great attitude and concern for my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone and am actually having more work done soon to replace my entire chimney outdoors. They have been very helpful in suggestions and helping us to choose the proper method and look for the final results. If I have had any concerns the owner Bob is always very accomodating and responsive to my calls or emails to answer my needs.
I would highly recommend this company for all your masonry needs. Bob and his team are great people, honest, trustworthy and everything you would look for in a contractor!

Bob Kestranek added masonry stone work on the front of our home in 2005. His company did an outstanding job.
They were professional and punctual. I was not a member of AngiesList at that time, so no report was made.
Recently we noticed a few stones on the bottom had loosened up, probably due to moisture. We called Bob
and told him about the problem. He came out and assessed what had to be done. He returned the following
week and permanently fixed the problem at no additional cost.
