"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

I had my son look on the computer and he suggested Spot-On Home Improvements because they had some good reviews. They came out the next day or shortly after and got up on the roof. I knew the likeliness of needing an entirely new roof was good because it had been close to 20 years since the last one was put on and I have a lot of trees over my house. They said they could patch the hole, but they suggested a new roof was better as some shingles were pulling and warping. The price seemed decent (would have liked it lower) but their professionalism and their timing was what sold me. They got the roof done in 3 days and the clean-up was better than I could have imagined. You pay for what you get in this industry and I'm glad I went with them."

"My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more.
