Kitchen Remodeling
Michael installed a kitchen sink base cabinet, countertop, sink, and faucet in my upstairs apartment and did a fantastic job! I was so pleasant to work with him. He is friendly and courteous, and cleaned up the site very well after he finished his work. He is also a professional who knows his stuff--I would gladly trust him with any construction work I might have in my home in the future. Also, his pricing is very fair and offers a good value for your money. Highly recommended!

Michael is so easy to work with, very professional and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He had a project on my sunroom, demo, repair and reconstruct where I had water damage. Windows also needed replacing . He always made sure I was part of decisions for the project. It turned out so well and Iâ m very happy with my like new sunroom.

Golden Touch Construction (GTC) supported a three project build for my home: garage (demolition/rebuild 23â x29â ), front porch (demolition/rebuild 8â x26â ), and new great room addition (24â x26â + 4â cement crawlspace). Owner Mike Fanous was fair in the contract, attentive to homeowner needs or questions, and completed the work in a timely manner. We have a great end result!

Mike came to our home and replaced every door including the outside ones! We had the original doors. Mike and his crew were once again awesome to work with. He took great care in installing everything. We canâ t thank him enough again! The doors are brand new and freshly painted white! Mike completely transformed our home to brightness. I would recommend Golden Touch Construction for all work around my house. We called Mike to work on our deck because it was falling apart. Mike worked with us every step of the way. He is a master carpenter who uses his knowledge to make a beautiful deck.

I could write a book on this company and the owner Michael Fanous. Michael came over to our nightmare and quickly assessed our problem and solved it. His communication and explanation of the issue were spot on. He is awesome with customer service the way it should be. Now our shower is perfect.
