"Home security has never been my favourite topics, at first a bit confusing there's network apps, motion sensors and connected door alarms all of which seem to work flawlessly together. We called two places ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven and New Security INC. Bill Wood from ADT Authorized Dealer approached us in August 2019 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT. "Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"This was the third time we've used Moving Ahead Services for help in 2016.  Each time, we have been very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, flexibility and sheer ability to help in a fairly complicated and drawn-out move.  
They give fantastic notice and have excellent systems that ensure they are as organized as possible to help their customers know what's going on when.  This has consistently made me feel secure even in the midst of move anxiety.
The two guys were helpful in every way and - on a 90-100F day - worked until they were sweating and panting.  This move entailed 3 floors in one house and 2 in the other, so a lot of stairs.  They disassembled and reassembled furniture to make it easier to move and more likely to survive the move.  We were grateful for their thoughtful and courteous service.
This was the only time they have ever been late to help us, which is very unusual in any service provider (much less a mover). Given the cancellations and other chaos that can occur at no notice in their business, I feel it was perfectly understandable.  With that said, I am sure they gave me a break in price to make it up to me.
These are extremely nice people, with an excellent work ethic, and large reservoirs of understanding and humor.  I recommend them without reservation.
