The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. ."
