"The installer was good but the company has bad communication skills and the sales person was mistaken when he said they would work with terracotta pipe. I had to hire a plumber to install different plumbing costing me extra time and money. It was very frustrating."

"I hired this company to replace a sump pump. The cost of $400 was quite high but given that I am not plumbing capable i had to do it. The installation was quick and the technician was good. His work was less than excellent as he did not secure the power cord or dispose of the old unit."
