Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
He did not have the ability or equipment to unclog our drains. However, he blindly attempted to use a snake to unclog the drains. His work was unsuccessful. He left abruptly while leaving everything undone and a mess. He said he would return but never called or came back. After he left we had a new leak under our bathroom sink and other problems including electrical. I called him to get his insurance information to report the damages and he hung up.

Although this was a very small plumbing job, DJ contacted me quickly and set up an install date. He arrived promptly, uninstalled an existing faucet, cleaned my drain and installed the new faucet. It looks great! DJ was extremely nice and professional. Would recommend highly.
