"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time. Jessie even found a bowing wall that other companies did not find or address. I highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing!"
