"This company is extremely reliable! They called me on the first business day after notifying your service! They booked the appointment, and arrived on time! The salesman was very knowledgeable and friedly! He tested our water and advised us on what was the best solution to solve our complaint and had it installed as per scheduled by a very competent installer! We are VERY HAPPY!!!!"

"I purchased their RO system. I like it very much, but the water tastes slightly different than expected. I'd say a little metallic, but perhaps I don't know what good water should taste like. Also, I wasn't aware that 2 cups of water are wasted for every cup of filtered RO water. This isn't a big issue since I'd be purchasing RO water in wasteful containers elsewhere and schlepping it home. Overall though, I'm very happy with the system and would highly recommend Gordon Brothers. A little pricier than other systems, but it's clear the product is superior to others. And since installation is included, I didn't have to pay separately for a plumber or hassle with having a quartz counter installer come out to drill a hole for the faucet. Their installer really knew what he was doing and was very polite and professional."

I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services.
