Having called 5 other local contractors and getting only 1 on-site walkthrough and no estimates, we did a wider search and called Integrity Painting. Owner Scott came out, took measurements, made recommendations on getting some necessary plaster work done and sent me an estimate on our project later that day. Once the work started, the painters from Integrity arrived at 9 AM or earlier every day of the job, The work space was always neat and orderly, we received a text or phone call on any days we were not onsite. Upon completion, the space was put back as it was when the process started."

"Terrible experience. Walls/trim/floors/cabinets/doors all have drip marks, overspray, etc. Tiling at the fireplace had to be redone by another vendor due to incorrect and shoddy install by Profect. Contractor had his children in our house while he was on site without prior authorization or consent from us. He also let a friend into our house to remove a claw foot tub to take for his own use. This was not cleared with us and this friend also damaged the hardwood stairs leading to the 2nd floor. Half-way through the job, Greg (owner) told us his partner ran off with $30k and asked if we would write his payment via check to him personally rather than to the business. He wasted $300+ dollars worth of wallpaper with an incompetent laborer. This was never refunded although he promised to do so. Contractor NEVER cleaned up after himself. I spent 8+ hours on my hands and knees scrubbing glue/paint/grout from the hardwood floors. I hope no one else has to endure this experience. It was terrible."

"So far so good. Painters have arrived today and we did a walkthrough. They are painting all the trim, downspouts, soffits, everything that's white. Painters are also supposed to replace a couple of wood panels over the garage door and the trim, along with a corner piece of trim in the back of the house. I will update my review after they are finished. Painting being done in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. After only receiving one coat of paint when I was told my paint job would be two coats of paint, they tell me that they applied two coats of paint on the same day. I know as well as anybody else knows you have to wait for paint to dry at least 24 hours before applying the second coat. The owner told me it only needs to drive 4 hours before applying the second coat. I explained to him that there were many areas of the house they didn't start on until 5:00 in the evening and they were packing everything up at 8:00. I got charged for two coats of paint. Every other painter told me in their estimate you need to wait 24 hours to put the second coat on and it would take at least two days to do your house. Those other painters were charging more, now I see why custom paint jobs charges a cheaper price because they claim to put two coats on and only do one. I only gave you one star because I can't give zero. I feel I'm getting ripped off for one coat of paint and I am not happy."

"J E Construction powerwashed and sealed my deck, reanchored some decking and sealed my wood fence, I will say I thought they did a good job. But, on day 2 they forgot their sander for the railing and had to use mine, they also forgot the deck screws, I had some which he said he would replace.....,still waiting. Although not in the quote he said he would repair one of my 8x8 post....,still waiting. They did move everything off of the deck to do the work and I thank them for that, me and my girl friend put most of it back on, no big deal. Once again, but, at 69 and 60 years old we still have our grill and a large storage box in the back yard, I think I have someone coming today to help me with these....I paid him good money but now that he's been paid he does not seem to want to finish the job even though I have called him several times. ( just a heads up to everyone )"

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"
