J E Construction powerwashed and sealed my deck, reanchored some decking and sealed my wood fence, I will say I thought they did a good job. But, on day 2 they forgot their sander for the railing and had to use mine, they also forgot the deck screws, I had some which he said he would replace.....,still waiting. Although not in the quote he said he would repair one of my 8x8 post....,still waiting. They did move everything off of the deck to do the work and I thank them for that, me and my girl friend put most of it back on, no big deal. Once again, but, at 69 and 60 years old we still have our grill and a large storage box in the back yard, I think I have someone coming today to help me with these....I paid him good money but now that he's been paid he does not seem to want to finish the job even though I have called him several times. ( just a heads up to everyone )

Jamie came out to my house over 2 hours late to give me a quote. I had to text him several times to see if he was still coming. Finally he showed up. His appearance was extremely unprofessional. He didn’t measure anything, he didn’t take pictures, and he was just telling me his labor price. Which meant I would have to buy all the materials and have it ready for him to do the work. The work I wanted to get done was, Install new cabinets and countertops in my kitchen, paint my first floor and the stairway and upstairs hall, also paint the doors and all the trim. Install new baseboards and quarter round in several areas. Take down the back side of my privacy fence and install a new fence. Lastly build a 12X20 deck off the back of my house. He told me his labor price when he was here. He told me he would do the fence for $1,000 and build the deck for $2,000 and the rest would be $5,000. He sent me an invoice showing he would do all the work for $8,000. I slept on it for a few days and decided I’m going to have a professional to do the kitchen and painting. There was this feeling I had that it would be better to spend the extra more money for a company that specializes in kitchen remodels, and separate company that specializes in painting. So I texted him saying that I would interested in him just doing the fence the deck. He texted me back saying he would do it for $6,000. He lied to me and basically added an additional $3,000 to his price. I immediately sent him text saying that he lied about his initial quote, and would give him bad review based on his credibility and unprofessionalism. This guy is a scam artist, I wouldn’t recommend him to build a sandbox, he would probably comeback and say it’s gonna cost more money than we initially planned. I hope this review is helpful for anyone thinking you can trust this guy.

I needed my fence painted. They did a great job. Went over and above! They not only did a great job painting, they did repair work. I am so very happy with the completed job. I plan to use them in the future. They are also very reasonable.

With difficult very hot weather, schedule went best as possible. Had to cut out adjacent section of damaged walkway in addition. Job well done has all the tools to do most anything. Looking to do other different projects later in cooler weather.

Very unprofessional showed up an hour later. Had no invoice to give me for the work. Told me more work needed to be done on the ductwork boxes and that he and a friend could do it. HAVEN'T heard from him since.
