 John replaced roof shingles, repaired and cleaned the chimney and installed leaf guards. I was concerned about his low rating with the BBB and I discussed this with him. His explanation satisfied me and I went with him to do the work.  What a good decision that was!  I would recommend John to anyone and everyone without hesitation.  He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my concerns. He was always ready to do a little extra. I had had several other estimates but John's was the lowest even though the services listed were the most inclusive.

  I was extremely picky about the color of shingles I wanted and John kept bringing me color samples for me to consider never once complaining about my pickiness.

 If his had been the highest bid I would have gone with him because by that time I was so impressed by his responsiveness and his helpfulness.



   An additional plus, very important to me was that John was present on the job during the entire job! He didn't leave the work to his crew. He personally supervised.

We agreed to a price and set an appointment for the work. He showed up promptly and did an amazing job on a difficult task. Several large rocks had fallen out of the wall in two places. He was able to dig behind the structure and replace them. They look perfect! In addition to his fair price, reliability and excellent job, Dale is friendly and personable.
