We had a couple of birds to get into the Laundry Air Duct, because the cover out side had gotten knocked off, and they sucked it all out of vent. and then made a new cover for it so that the birds could not get in.  This was excellent for them to take the time to do this.  We were very pleased.

I like to refer myself as a jack of all trades but there's always something else to pick up on and learn. I try to take my fullest pride into my work and wont be satisfied unless you are. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
