He seemed very knowledgeable about the different plants and trees and where to place which ones. I didn't hear from him and had to call Steve Hall, the owner. I got a call back from Tim apologizing because of the heavy work load. After that, the communication was better. I told him that we needed the job done by a certain day and it was. My husband and I are pleased by the results. He did add some things in so our original estimate was higher but I agreed to all the additions and he told me some of the additional costs up front before he did them. We have trouble keeping landscapers. I hope we will have Halls as our landscapers for many years to come."
