As compensation, the work was finished the next day and my grouting was done for free. Tim was very involved and made sure everything else went very smoothly. He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy!
