"Everdry came to my home for a consultation, where we discovered a mold issue. We were informed that they would eradicate it, fix the leakage issue, and waterproof the basement. Upon learning this, we accepted their bid on July 28th. We were originally looking at starting the process in October, but they persuaded us to start on September 17th and offered us a lower price to start the process earlier. I felt like they were being pushy, and I was not prepared for them to start that soon. On the day they showed up, I was going to take some time to clear the area myself, but they were being aggressive and told me that they didn't have time for that. I received a call from Cierra asking if her team had started the project or if I had met Malachi (the supervisor). I had not, but they did start the project. Malachi was supposed to walk me through the process, but he never introduced himself to me. On day two, my home health aid witnessed the workers smoking weed on my property. They also destroyed my lawn and did not dispose of their waste. They didn't let me know that they were leaving for the day or anything. On day three, they claimed that they were wrapping up the project. I finally met Malachi, but he still did not formally walk me through the process. He didn't explain anything to me, but he demanded that I sign their paperwork. I refused because I was not satisfied with the job that was done. I asked to speak to his superiors, and he verbally accosted me. When I checked the work myself, I noticed that the leakage issue was not resolved. I spoke to Ted from Everdry, and he admitted that the work they did was subpar. The following day, I spoke with Ted's superiors, and he also sided with me, but they did not offer a reasonable solution. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my neighborhood. I also feel like they violated me and my property."

Called me from the sore, asked me about saving almost 300. 00 dollars on a top line open box heater with minor visual dent in a little lid. I'm not rich and those who read this review aren't either so that much savings was outstanding and he called to let me know he can get it for that price. Google it is an AO Smith corporation water heater one of the best I basically got for half price because of him and his honesty matches quote to the dime had my heater in and a couple hours would have been quicker if I didn't talk with zero off thank you Rodney for your patience. 🤣. I used him before to change out some waxs rings on a toilet, which turned into repairing my bathroom floor before I can even do that and he stuck to a super low price I suggest everyone calls this guy making your friend make him your plumber. "

"Hogeland Construction was the best company that we worked with during the entire build. We began the build right when Covid hit. There were delays upon delays that were out of our locus of control due to Covid restrictions. These delays included in permiting, inspections, availability of materials etc. Covid turn everything upside down. However, Bryan Hogeland was able to adapt to the obstacles and never compromised on the quality of his work. We were impressed by his ability to pivot at a moment's notice to the unpredicted challenges the arose. Bryan's greatest characteristic is his thorough communication. He would even call at night in the middle of a torrential rain storm to make sure that there were no leaks. We can say that I really believed that he was as invested in this project as we were. It was a true partnership."

"Very dissatisfied. They tried to take advantage of an 80+ yo by not even completing a repair, produced a false image of a faulty (12 year old) heat exchanger at $99 wanting me to buy a new furnace. Thanks to website weeks of research and using my wood stove, info I was able to clean the condenser trap in 10 minutes and the furnace has been working for weeks, now."
