He was professional and did a good job, he has better pricing then anybody I've talked to. In October 2016 I talked to him to come back out, but since then I haven't heard from him. I get his voicemail.

Our 1 1/2 year old GE hot water heater stopped heating enough water for even 1 person to get a full shower.
I called GE 3 times and finally got them to agree to send a new thermostat. As soon as I was off the phone with them,
I called Mr. Dahlenburg. I left a message on his machine about needing him to do the job and gave him both home and
my cell phone number. I left the house on errands and forgot my cel phone. Mr. Dahlenburg left messages on both phones that he would try and call back later. He did reach me later in the evening. He said that he would come put the thermostat in as soon as we received it. It came on Friday evening and I left a message on his office answering machine that it had come in.
He called Monday morning and said that Monday was packed but he would come Tuesday morning.
I had an appointment so he agreed to come later in the morning after my appointment.
He came just a few minutes after the appointment time because of traffic. He installed the new thermostat much faster
than I thought it would take. I think his fee was very reasonable. And he called the next day to make sure the hot water heater was working correctly.
We will be remodeling a bathroom in the new year and we will definitely call Mr. Dahlenburg.
