I am a independent contractor. I am able to perform small task. I do free estimates. I am willing to travel up to 50 miles from my home. I have built decks, swing sets, new bathrooms, kitchen, sheds, paint, floors, trim work, doors ect. I am up to any small tasks that needs done.

My pricing is based either on an hourly fee plus materials or on a straight per project cost and all costs and charges are agreed in writing prior to starting any project. If I can't fix it, I don't charge you.
