"Rob, the owner of the company, provided a price quote in an extremely prompt manner. After we came to a mutual agreement, I appreciated the way he structured our contract to include progress payments based on the completion of various work phases and not on specific dates. He remodeled my kitchen by performing many tasks. When challenges arose because of a faulty design by another firm, Rob was quick to provide thoughtful alternative methods to overcome the design flaws. He worked diligently throughout the process, rarely stopping to eat lunch. Finally, when the work was completed, Rob did a fantastic job of removing machine dust from the exterior of the cabinets, the backsplash, large appliances, and the flooring. The kitchen was so gleaming and beautiful that I didn’t want to use it for a few days. All discarded cabinet boxes and other debris were removed in an orderly manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Be Blessed Remodeling."

"All American Home Remodeling, Inc did a complete gutting and remodel of my outdated kitchen this year (2020). Chris and his staff made the planning part painless. The work was done on time and on schedule within my budget. Chad was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist and I could not be happier with how the Kitchen turned out. I also had a bathroom remodeled 17 years ago (2003) by the same company and they did a great job on that as well. I highly recommend All American Home Remodeling, Inc"

"The finished remodel was everything we hoped it would be and actually better. The complete process from signing the contract, pre-project meetings, meetings with kitchen designer, etc, prior to the start of the remodel made the whole experience less stressful. There were some hiccups, but they were address immediately both by the business owner and the project lead minimizing any project delays. The project lead, daily pre and post -day meetings minimize possible mistakes The bathrooms are our next project. We will be contacting All American Home Remodeling Inc again. "Jake g and Tony t were great and walked me through everything that was done all steps through the remodel."

"From my very first phone call, Tim was extremely helpful and eager to assist, clearly explaining the process and answering all of my questions. Jim visited first to assess the project, and I explained that the work would involve remodeling an existing built‑in furniture unit and transforming it into a functional home office. He fully understood the scope and offered practical input based on his experience. Jim completed the work on time and to a very high standard, with excellent attention to detail and overall quality. The transformation from the original built‑in to the finished home office exceeded my expectations, both in terms of craftsmanship and functionality. It was a pleasure working with Tristate from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them."

"Hired Solis Construction to pour a 16 x 40 concrete patio. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Communication was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend."

"Complete kitchen remodel including taking the entire roof off kitchen section, house is 100 years old. A complicated job that was preformed perfectly. Every detail of the job was well-thought out and we were guided through the whole process for what to expect for each stage of the project. Flooring was also replaced on the entire first floor, several sections of the house besides the Kitchen were rewired and the entire roof was replaced including replacement of a crumbling chimney. Our house is like brand new and we could not be happier, Kodiak is the only contractor I would ever use, Highest rating possible!"

"The team has been excellent to work with. Straightforward and professional communication, Upfront and reasonable on their costs, and schedule. Quality workmanship. Will definitely work with them on future projects."
