"Terry and his crew are honest, hard working, and professional. They did a complete remodel of our bathroom, fixing unforeseen problems along the way including HVAC ventilation, toilet vent, and subfloor replacement. Terry goes the extra mile to fix all the behind the scenes problems so the final product will last for years and years. The only drawback, and reason for not giving a complete 5 out of 5 rating is the amount of time it took to get the remodel started. He started about 2 months after the original plan. But it's a good thing he's busy, it means everybody wants him. If you can be patient with the timing, Terry is worth it."

"The finished remodel was everything we hoped it would be and actually better. The complete process from signing the contract, pre-project meetings, meetings with kitchen designer, etc, prior to the start of the remodel made the whole experience less stressful. There were some hiccups, but they were address immediately both by the business owner and the project lead minimizing any project delays. I contacted "Countertops by Nathan" via email on October 6th, 2014 about replacing our countertops and back splash for our kitchen.  I received a reply from Connie that same day. She scheduled an appointment to give us a quote. Nathan came to our house within 2 days and provided us with great sample products and pricing. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Nathan's knowledge and expertise with countertops.  We contracted with him that night and after a week or so, we decided on which colors and design we wanted.  On November 17th, 2014 Nathan and his crew came to our house as scheduled and replaced all counters, sink, faucet and tiled backsplash.  Wow, what a difference it made!  Our kitchen is now updated and looks great.  I would highly recommend Nathan for any countertop remodeling.  He was honest, on-time, professional and very reasonably priced. Also, there was no mess left behind.
