"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"We had to call them back a couple of times for one place in our bathroom shower and they came right away. They were very nice and they did not leave a mess. They just came in, did their job, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable and of course everything was guaranteed. There was one place in our bathroom shower, which was the caddy that split and they replaced it. They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this. They were very good and we would definitely call them again."

"Joe is always my first call when I need work done to my house. I have hired him for many projects and after dealing with other contractors, he is the only one I trust to work on my house! I had a water pipe burst and needed my damaged shower torn out and replaced. Joe fit me into his schedule quickly and helped me keep my stress in check when dealing with water damage and an unplanned bathroom remodel. "The water heater was an emergency replacement. Very quick response; were there on a Saturday morning with a new water heater. We then had them install two new toilets. Again no problems; very responsive. Hired them to remodel both baths in house. The first was a complete re-do of the half bath, adding a shower. This entailed reconfiguring the laundry room. They had to remove the walls between the bathroom and the laundry room, dig up the slab to move the drain line, and replumb the washer and install the shower and new sink drains. This took longer than expected, mostly because it was a bigger undertaking than anticipated. We asked them to see if they could solve our problem with low water pressure. When they installed the shower plumbing, they found the water supply was pinched- solving twenty years of bad water pressure! This project took longer than anticipated, but the results were worth it. We had the main bath remodeled also, removing all the old tile and tub and installing a walk in shower, new fixtures and cabinets. We had all the inspections done, both plumbing and electrical, and there were no problems. They were easy to work with and there were no surprises. They told us each day what they were going to accomplish and gave us a heads up when they were going to turn off the water. They were pleasant and friendly and we would hire them again!

"I had an unexpected plumbing problem with my bathtub faucet freezing after our areaâ s recent severe weather and below zero temperatures. I had to completely turn off my whole house water main until I could find a plumber to fix it. But who would help me on Christmas Day? Amazingly I got a call from the owner, Mike, who accurately diagnosed my problem over the phone, and advised me on how I could deal with the issue until stores opened the next day. He also arranged for his knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumbers to completely replace and repair the old damaged fixtures and pipes. And he was able to advise me on how I might avoid similar problems in the future as well! I could not recommend United Plumbing more highly. 100 stars wouldnâ t be enough!"
