Once a job price is settled on I include a ( 2 ) page contract confirming the scope of work to be done with expected payment schedule and Estimated Start & Finish dates, a deposit is required with all contracts in order to schedule a start date for your project.

We offer free estimates for larger projects and a $65 min. charge for actual work done at time of arrival. Payment scheduals typical are 1/3 the day we start, 1/3 upon appoval of rough inspections and the remainder upon full completion. All work to be done will be put in writing and signed off by homeowner.
