The last week of May, I was desperately trying to find a cleaning company to help me out with some vacate cleaning of a 1,000 sq ft rental condo, which needed to be completed by or before May 31st. I contacted several places that I found on "Angie's List" and Tammy from "Emily's House Cleaning" was able to fit me on May 30, 2019. It's a family owned business. Four individuals came and completed the job in an hour. My husband and I were very pleased with their work that we had to tip them!!! Thank you again Tammy for your superb service :-)

I bought a house in Clayton which needed a pre movein deep cleaning and got a light cleaning that was mediocre at best! The house was entirely empty and ask for deep cleaning of the kitchen, Bathrooms and Laundry room and did not get a deep cleaning that was agreed to on the phone.

They were just okay.... Seemed like very nice people. Some of the things I wanted them to do such as clean my cabinets, dust areas that had not been dusted (DEEP cleaning), did not happen. We have a large home, so it was difficult for me to catch all the areas they did not get until later. There were at least 5 folks and they worked for about 2.5 hours. They were leaving and I had to call them back to do areas they completely skipped. They did not clean one of the rooms on the contract to be cleaned. If they had someone to double check behind them to make sure they cleaned all the areas it would probably help.. Not sure I would hire them again.

Juan and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. Everyone was pleasant and worked the entire time they were here. When they were finished, my house sparkled from top to bottom. I could not be more pleased and in fact recommended them to someone already. Thank you again for your hard work, it is much appreciated. See you in four weeks!!!

Emily's came out to my home, reviewed the work I needed done, and gave me a prompt estimate. On 6/1/18 we agreed on an appointment for the work on 6/16/18 at 1:00. At 1:08 on 6/16/18 I received a text that the crew was on I-75 near Troy, approximately 40 minutes away, with a flat tire. They asked for the appointment to be rescheduled first for the following Monday or Thursday. I had moved pieces of furniture and items from shelves to accommodate today's appointment, and leaving my home in this disarray for days was unacceptable. Emily's then asked if they could come at 4:00 today, Saturday, and I declined, since this would likely be a several hour job stretching into a Saturday evening.

At Emily's House Cleaning we always strive to provide the best customer service, we apologize for failing to do so in this case. Unfortunately, our tire blew out on the highway and we had to wait for a tow truck. The reason for not telling you earlier is that we were hoping to have another crew clean your house, however, we were not able to coordinate that by 1pm. While our failure to be there at 1pm was out of our control due to the circumstances, we recognize we should have informed you earlier and worked towards a resolution. We sincerely apologize. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will work hard to improve. Thank you."

They are in and out quickly and are very nice. No problem with their charge. It was reasonable. I am disappointed that a date was set and they were a no show. We at least inform people when we can not keep a date.

This company was extremely professional and punctual and very pleasant to deal with. However, they only did a mediocre job of cleaning, not dusting the ceiling fans as per instructions. It seems like if I did not mention something specific during the walk through, they did not address it. But the shelves and blinds were all wiped down and the floors were clean.

The staff was very punctual and did a fantastic job. They brought a group of 5 cleaners and were able to get things cleaned very quickly.
