Kerry Jones is wonderful.  He stands by his word; work is superb; he is trustworthy and honest...cannot say enough good about him and his crew!  Very pleased!

I had gotten two estimates before calling Kerry. Both wanted to completely replace the staircase. Kerry took one look at it came up with a sensible repair and gave me great price. The stairs are now back to near new condition, totally secure and safe. He was a joy to work with!
DEFINITELY be using him for my future repairs and minor construction!

Kerry came out at 8:23 am after picking up Pella storm door I purchased earlier at Lowes. Kerry was very efficent in replacing door.  He ran into problems with wood frame that the storm door was to be installed on. The frame had been degraded from years of water and mold--rotten in certain areas.  Replaced frame with pretreated 2 by 4's, and applied Kiltz paint to them.  Then  he installed door.  Additionally punched in, caulked and sanded nail pops on exterior front door frame.  He left around 1:00pm.  Kerry was very meticulous in everything he did,  and clearly took exceptional pride in his work. Kerry cleaned up completely. I will definitely have Kerry out to do additional work on the  inside of  the house.

Kerry Smith and his employees are true professionals. All the work performed was exceptional. The prices are VERY reasonable. We intend to have them back to remodel the bathrooms and kitchen when we are ready.

We had Smith & Jones Remodeling & Repair do some work on our home. They remodeled 2 bathrooms completely, kitchen and some plumbing and electrical work. They are an over the top, wonderful, nice and trustworthy company. The price was very reasonable. I am recommending them to everyone we know that is looking for work.

Kerry has been such a pleasure to deal with.
From my first contact, Kerry was quite responsive and able to work with my limited schedule. Kerry initially came out yesterday evening  to provide me with an estimate for bathroom tile work (tub and shower area). Prior to Kerry's arrival, my tub faucet had been giving me problems with not turning off. I was hoping to DIY or find someone who had the availability to install a new faucet/handle, and only expected Kerry to provide me with an estimate for the tiling work. 
Kerry was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with a tiling estimate and brief description of the work he would be doing. After discussing my current faucet issue, Kerry thought it would be a relatively quick fix and offered to replace the cartridge for a reasonable price. Unfortunately the age/condition of the cartridge made it impossible to replace, and Kerry had to replace the entire valve (luckily we already had that on hand). Hours later I was left with a working faucet, for which I am not forced to use the main shutoff valves to control! 
Kerry was patient and professional the entire time, even though it was past normal business hours. I very much appreciated his generosity with his time, and will be sure to use him in the future.

They're very good, they did a very nice job. They were outstanding, they were very punctual and professional.

From initial phone call through the work being done, the entire experience was positive. Mr. Jones was friendly, prompt, courteous and professional throughout. He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do, cleaned up afterwards, and charged a very reasonable price. We were thrilled with his work, and would definitely hire his company again for interior remodeling work.

The plummer came in and removed the toilet, them started removing the rest of the tile. Then gutted the wall around the tub, cut out the old plumbing fixtures.  Smith and Jones replaced the sheet rock sealed it with a special system, and installed the new tile. We were very pleased with the work.

Kerry Jones--as well as Brian, his team member from Smith & Jones LLC--was an excellent contractor to work with. He was able to fix almost everything we needed, and for those beyond his expertise, he was able to recommend who we should seek out (i.e.: garage repair, water softener repair). He was always on time, courteous, friendly, and had an excellent demeanor. He was incredibly skilled in everything from fixing our racking pergola to installing fans in each bedroom where not even a wire existed in the ceilings in the first place! He truly made our new house a home, and it looks gorgeous as a result. They were incredibly fair in their pricing, listed all items, and explained the bill very well. Overall, an A++++ experience! I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the Dayton/Miamisburg area and will use them whenever the opportunity arises.  

We were exceptionally pleased. Gary and Kerry are gentlemen in the truest sense and we have been delighted with them and their work every time we have used them in recent years. We recommend them without qualification. They do the work they commit to do; they do it well; and they stand behind their work.

Quick response to request for estimate.  Answered all questions and made recommendations.  Very flexible to additional work. Great value for work.

I explained to Smith and Jones exactly what I wanted and they delivered. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid re-modeler/contractor company.

See above, but also add that all of our friends, relatives, neighbors, my clients, etc. now use Kerry and Gary because we gladly and proudly give out their names when asked who we trust. Plus they are two of the nicest, funniest and best guys you could be lucky enough to work with. They are respectful, talented, professional, and they do clean up after themselves(which I is more than I can say for my children!).

They do great work. Gary Smith's woodwork is fantastic. They arrive on time and are very good at cleaning up after themselves. They are also very easy to work with.
