"First thing, Adam went over the to-do list and we prioritized it as I did not expect they would get through the whole list.  He and his associate each took a task and went right to work.  As they finished each item, they told me their progress and went on to the next item.  Although I was home all day, I would have no hesitation leaving them at work while I was out - they did not need direction or explanation on each item.
Adam offered useful alternatives to a couple of things I wanted done that would not have worked as well the way I had planned.  The work was done better and faster than I expected.
My kitchen faucet was acting odd and Adam took the time to call the manufacturer and find out just what he needed to do to get it right.  There was nothing on my list he was not willing to take on.  They even swept out the garage!
Their price was higher than some of the other deals offered, but after reading the reviews I decided to go with Neatnics and am glad I did.

"Jaime showed up, examined what needed to be done and understood the problem right away.  We discussed the options and then he was ready to go with no need for supervision.  He did an EXCELLENT job.  I had various drywall issues from an old house including wall separation from the ceiling, large ceiling cracks and lifting up of existing drywall.  Plus some caulking needs in one room without disrupting the wallpaper.  Jaime did everything on time and on budget.  Great to work with.  I recommend him highly!

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts

If your seedlings have reached a few inches in height and the weather outside has stabilized to where you’re no longer seeing overnight temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, it may be time to start hardening them off to get them ready to be planted in the garden.

Generally speaking, building a swing set is cheaper than buying a prefabricated one, but this assumes you have all the tools and knowledge to complete the project. The average cost to build a swing set is $514, but you should also factor in the time and effort it will require—if you don’t want to give up your weekend, it’s worth considering buying instead of building.

It’s usually possible to install a playground yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Playground construction can be complicated and involves moving large, heavy, and bulky components into place while you affix them to other pieces. Not only is the work physically demanding, but any mistakes could reduce the lifespan of your playground and potentially put any children who use the equipment at risk of injury. It’s relatively inexpensive to hire a professional playground installer, and it’s usually worth the investment, if only for the peace of mind it provides.

Costs depend on equipment size, site preparation, and additional features like soft ground covering.

For artificial turf that’s the most durable, look for heat-resistant products with thicker blades. Keep in mind that there’s a difference between artificial grass versus artificial turf, with turf consisting of a shorter look while artificial grass is longer and more closely resembles real grass.
