Rich did a good job of estimating time, availability, etc. He brought paint swatches, so we could match colors the same day. Jeremiah and his brother were the paint team. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely. There were still some water stains that peeked through when we did the final inspection. Jeremiah said that he had gone over these spots twice but gladly brought all equipment back and redid the section to my satisfaction."
