"Unlike a lot of contractors I used , Advanced Plastering , has pride in their work. They know their business. My chimney looks better than it has ever looked. Will be using them on all my stucco work."

"If you need any Stucco work done, this is the company to do the job. Sergio was professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the experience from initial estimate through the completion of the job. This was a difficult job, and the result was incredible, and the cost more than fair. Sergio is one of the most ethical contractors I have ever had the pleasure to work with."

"The crew did a very professional and high quality job.  My husband and I were very pleased with the stucco repair; the prep work for the painting was thorough; the crew completed the painting in a very professional manner and completely cleaned up at the end of each day.  The owner, Darryl, was very professional, on site each day, and our satisfaction with the work was  clearly his priority.
Dadstasks had previously completed a plaster repair job for us and we were so pleased with that job, that we asked them to bid on our painting job.  We accepted their bid and were very pleased with the finished job and highly recommend them."

"Fantastic work. Great painting crew; worked solid every day for two weeks; spent all but two days of that time prepping the stucco and wood; always took care of our property and cleaned up well. You will get a quote from Dave that seems high. Say ok anyway. These guys are the absolute best. Completely worth the money."

"I can't fully explain my appreciation for our entire experience with Hicon on this project.
We needed to have stucco removed and subsequent resurfacing on the chimney for our home.  We received a contract to sell our home in April, with an expected mid-July close date.  The chimney repair was the final task we had to complete for the sale of our home.  We reached out to a very popular contractor, who agreed to perform the work.  That contractor never showed up.  We reached out to another 'reputable' contractor, who came out to scope the project, with a promise to return a quote within a "day or two".  3 weeks later, not only did we not receive a quote - the contractor back pedaled and said they could not perform the work.  Our experience with these two contractors had wasted valuable time and put us into mid-June, with only 4 weeks left until the closing of our home.
In a panic, I turned to Angie's List to solicit several contractors with this specialty to please come out and scope the work.  Of the 5 we reached out to - Hicon got a person out to our house within 1 day, and we had a quote in 2 days.  I was very specific to ask all of the contractors to not to even submit a quote if they did not have resources to complete the project in our aggressively narrowing window.
Hicon, understanding our predicament, was able to prioritize their resources to ensure they had people to perform and complete the work in time for our last inspection before closing.
Their quote was specific and accurate.  Everything that was described would happen, happened.  For example, we were told there would be two workers there for 5 days, that they would arrive and leave at specific times, that they would perform all clean up, etc.  Every one of those expectations were met, and the foreman was there on the first and last day to make sure everything was running smoothly and that the work met our expectations, which of course, it did.
I appreciate honesty and straight-shooting.  Not once did I feel like Hicon was taking advantage of our situation (e.g. price gauging) to make more money.  Hicon's responsiveness to our situation and need was absolutely critical to being able to move forward with the sale of our home.
