I normally don’t do this but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. Their back office administration is atrocious. I was a faithful customer for more than a year. I received invoices about half the time, was never notified when service was planned, payments made online were not easy and the left hand didn’t seem to ever know what the right hand was doing. I was in the process of selling my house when a technician came out to my house. The gentleman knocked on the door and asked if I still wanted service since he saw a for sale sign in the yard. I told him yes but this would be the last one since we were moving. Thereafter, I tried calling the office to tell them I needed to discontinue my service but could never get through - had to leave a voicemail message where I advised on the recording I was discontinuing my service. When I didn’t get a response, I submitted an inquiry through their website, again telling them I was discontinuing my service. Fast forward several weeks and I get a sign in my yard that a service was rendered that day! I AGAIN call the office and left a message that I needed someone to call me back immediately because they are not hearing me. A few days later, I get a call from the office. I explained my issue and the lengths to which I tried to cancel my service. She apologized and said she would close the account and waive the charges for my last unwelcomed service. I move….several months go by and I start to get calls from this company. We play phone tag for awhile and I leave return messages more than once that I had discontinued my service, spoke to office personnel and was told this matter had been resolved. Well, last week escalated to a whole new level when I get a letter from a collection agency! I am not going to fight with these people any more over $56. Clearly they need it more than I do. While I will begrudgingly pay this, I will also use my voice to warn other would be customers of my experience. I do not recommend NexGreen. Their lawn service is mediocre, at best and their customer service was BIG negative for me.

I called To have 2 trees treated for scales. I explained they just treated my neighbors trees and I needed the same thing. They sold me a tree and shrub package, which seemed like a good deal and they said it would take care of the problem. However after the first treatment they wanted more money to treat the scales. They should have told me that upfront Since they knew exactly what they had to do for my neighbor. I think it was pretty shady doing that to me. The rep argued back and forth numerous times over email with me and refused to refund my money for the treatment because he says I still got benefit. How did I get benefit if I still have the problem that I called for them to resolve ?? I had to buy the stuff myself to treat my trees and I’m still out the money they took to NOT solve my problem. Not a company I want to do business with.

Fantastic! We have the best lawn in our area! We are getting lots of compliments & raves from everyone that sees it!

Our lawn is very green and healthy - there is a definite line between our lawn and our neighbor who does not fertilize. When NexGreen started a few years ago, we had a lot of weeds in our yard. Now we have none most of the time, and if they do pop up, they don't last long. Our trees and shrubs, which we pay for separately, are also doing well. The cost of service shown below is the cost for both lawn ($558 for the year - 7 treatments plus fall aeration) and tree/shrubs ($266 for 5 treatments).

They are an excellent eco-friendly company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good. They called in advance & arrived on time.

Great. I submitted a quote request and was contacted the next day. Another company took a week to get back with me. By that time, NexGreen had already come out for first application. They email me the day before they come out and don't try to sell additional services. Maybe they aren't the lowest price bit you get what you pay for. We plan to use them again next year.

It has been a busy first month. I have received my first lawn treatment and tree and shrub application. I have also received the aeration and overseeding service. The weed situation has improved a great deal and the lawn really looks lush. Things looked good before, but I have noticed a difference. So far, so good. Looking forward to the future.

After the lawn went down (new sod on fresh ground, 100% weed free), I immediately had a two part treatment done only to have the lawn completely inundated and overrun with weeds (I'm pulling them out by the garbage can full weekly). I expressed my displeasure with NexGreen and after speaking to the manager for over 30 min he said the CSR should have never told me that they could prevent the weeds (all I cared about to being with) and that newly sodded lawns were always going to look terrible the first year. Had I known this, I would have never purchased their expensive treatments. We agreed that he would send someone out and if they could not resolve the issue to my liking, the money would be refunded. The gentleman came out and the advice was - "we can't do anything without risking killing the grass, let it go till next year" - honest, but clearly not a resolution. I figured that this would be the end of it but I am being called almost a month later and being told that they are sending me to collections and that the manager put in the notes that they aren't refunding the money. Nothing but dishonesty from this company regarding what their treatments can actually accomplish and how they will treat their customers in the event of an issue.

So far, great. Good price, experienced technicians, professional. Highly recommend

I've used them for the past two years. I've never used anyone else for fertilization. They give me 5 or 6 treatments during the period. They are a little more expensive but they are effective.

I hope I am not writing this prematurely, but I couldn't be more satisfied after just receiving my 2nd of 5 applications. After the first application I had some unsightly dandelions popping up and they made a special trip out to treat these. They were completely gone within a few weeks. Can't wait to see what the rest of the season holds. Customer service has been amazing!

I had a front and back yard full of weeds. With one treatment my yard looks so much better. They sent me an email to tell me the best way to cut and what they used. I am very satisfied with the service I have received so far. They will be back out 5 more times and I hope to have a lush yard.

I would use them in the future.

We noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference after just 2 visits from NexGreen; it was unbelievable. We really appreciate the notes they leave for us explaining in detail what they did, and also give tips regarding when to mow high vs. low, how often to water, what their next steps will be, etc. They keep us in the loop every step of the way. The NexGreen rep caring for our lawn is the same person who comes out each time, so it's not like starting over with a different person. We definitely recommend them to everyone. My parents will be using them next year because they are impressed with what a difference they've made on our lawn. The price for the entire spring, summer, early fall season was amazing, especially considering the results!
