Basic Tree Care did an AWESOME job on removing all of the downed tree in my yard and taking down the rest of the damaged tree. They cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were done and the workers were very hard working and knowledgeable about the job. I am VERY satisfied with their service and would recommend them highly.

The crew was there for six hours, they were exactly on time and very professional.  Removed all the trees, ground out the stumps and cleared all debris.    Cleaned up the roadway in front of our property as well.   They did a super job and we'd recommend highly.

Basic Tree Care did a fantastic job of removing trees and shrubs and grinding several stumps, all at a reasonable cost. This is the second time I have hired this company, and am even more pleased with their service, professionalism, communication and so much more! I will never use another company for tree service. There were plenty of workers and two leaders who did a fine job.  It took about 2 hours from start to finish.  The cleanup was great and I am a very satisfied customer.

They managed to remove the tree with no problems and they did a very nice job.  They were very fast and cleaned up after themselves.  We recieved four other quotes they came the furthest and their quote was the best!  I would recommend them to anyone!!

Work, including clean up, was excellent.

The work was particularly challenging because the tree is a very old Silver Maple, probably at least 100 years old, and towers at least a story-and-a-half above our two-story home.

They were prompt and did their job. I did the clean-up (part of the deal) but have no real complaints about their job.

Perfectly.  Very professional.  Unbelievably fast.  Good price.  Really could not tell they'd been there with respect to driveway, yard, totally free of any debris.  I have used other tree services before.  I will always use Basic Tree in the future.  My experience with them began with some estimates last year and at the time I was very, very impressed with the level of knowledge of the person who walked my property with me, and his willingness to answer my questions thoroughly, even though of course it was a "free estimate" scenario.  Top it off with their being a female-owned company, and I'm IN.

The absolute best from start to finish. Came out right away for an estimate; estimate given very promptly; work performed a couple days ahead of schedule (yea!!); and everything was cleaned up when when they finished. Price was much less than I expected. So happy with the experience!

The job was small, took a couple hours to complete, but went well.  The area was fairly clean when they left.  This is the third time I have used them and would use them again in the future.  The price was a bit higher than want I wanted to see but the job required getting to branches above power lines leading into the house.

I also had some work done by them and it is favorable with them as well.  I would use their service in the future too.
