"Bob was outstanding. Day one he completely demolished the old chimney and removed all of the bricks and wrapped up the existing chimney flu. He returned the next day and was wrapping things up when I returned home from work. The results look perfect. So much, that a neighbor asked me for his name because he said I have the best chimney on the block now. His price was very fair from other companies, he wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. "They were responsive and punctual.  Unfortunately I do not have the normal basement access to the stack and the only access would be on the roof.  The weather on the day of the appointment was not coorperating and I did not feel comfortable with them going up on the roof so I cancelled the service."
