"Was very professional and thorough. Some of our foundation blocks were crumbling and the mortar between them was in bad shape. One of the foundation blocks needed to be completely replaced. He managed to find a matching block to replace that one. Repaired all of the crumbling blocks and mortar. Overall the repairs look great and blend nicely on our old house."

There's no drips, corners, edges, baseboards everything is perfect. He even repaired a piece of siding that was hanging from the exterior. Wow. Great guy, very nice job."

"They were responsive and punctual.  Unfortunately I do not have the normal basement access to the stack and the only access would be on the roof.  The weather on the day of the appointment was not coorperating and I did not feel comfortable with them going up on the roof so I cancelled the service."

"Each time I've called Jeno at Extreme Slate he's gotten back to me the same day. I've received estimates for each request I've made within a day or two. Typically the work I've requested has been completed within a week or two, depending on weather. I have been very pleased with his work and would recommend him to any of my friends who have aging slate roofs.

Quality of work is excellent.  Two guys spent 3 hours doing various things at my home (hung a stairwell banister, fixed door weather stripping, replanted small tree that had uprooted, pulled weeds, cleaned gutters).

A few complaints:

1.  Supposed to be 8 hours worth of work; they showed up 1 hour late and stayed for 3 hours

2. Poor communication with company

--Owner stated he had more Big Deals purchased then expected so company was behind in fulfilling work

--Attempted (on multiple) occasions to schedule 8 hours of work

--Owner of company came to my home same day as 8hrs of work performed and gave me estimate for other work

---Estimate emailed to me within one week but was not very detailed (no breakdown between materials and labor)

--Requested detailed estimate but never received
