"Fantastic job!!! I would recommend Don before I recommended anyone else! He explained the process, what he uses, what makes him different for steam cleaning, and he does a very thorough job. My couch and chair look brand new!"

"David cleaned 4 carpets, an area rug, a sofa and recliner. Many times during the process he asked us to take a look to be sure was to our satisfaction - we were impressed by that. He worked hard the entire time. He was very respectful of our home to not dirty anything. When we asked, he gladly showed us the cleaning solutions he uses. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"It went well. However, I understand that the technician was not going to move heavy pieces of furniture to clean behind them, but behind and underneath my couches (family and living room) was not done. The couches are not heavy and could have been pulled out with not much effort (I can do them with no problem). I wish he would have asked me to pull them out. Service was performed in an hour (perfect)!!"

"The employees of Puro Clean, were very professional, they came in set up their equipment, did their job, cleaned up and were gone."

"

Junk Force provided service beyond what was expected.  House involved at least 1 year clean up.  Henry and John removed the trash (2 truckloads) the first day.   Second day Henry returned with his sister for clean house.   Didn't expected the stove and refrigerater to be included in their fair price but it was.   Unbelievable professional workmanship.  Being older and on oxygen I have not been able to do thie type of work for some time.

Although some people may consider the pricing high, this was average if not below for the furniture, piano and accessories requiring removement
