"This was a flawless experience. I booked online for LND to come to my office to service my vehicle. Seth, confirmed the appointment via E-mail 24 hours before and called 1 hour prior to confirm the location of our office. The team arrived early and did an excellent job. Haven't had a detail like this in years! I was able to sign and pay electronically which was great. "When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"

"They were amazing, ontime, very professional. I needed my mothers house cleaned before she returned home from the hospital. Their cleaning was beyond my expectations. They not only cleaned the house but they deep cleaned, making sure they cleaned ceiling fans, window treatments, furniture, windows.
