"This was a flawless experience. I booked online for LND to come to my office to service my vehicle. Seth, confirmed the appointment via E-mail 24 hours before and called 1 hour prior to confirm the location of our office. The team arrived early and did an excellent job. Haven't had a detail like this in years! I was able to sign and pay electronically which was great. LND is now my go to for all services as it pertains to the aesthetics of my vehicle and keeping it clean. I highly recommend LND for your next detail."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Deep cleaning went better than expected! Two employees showed up 10 minutes early and got to work immediately! They didn't speak English but used a google translator which worked perfect. They were a well-oiled team! They both had their own areas they focused on and there never seemed to be any confusion re: who was working or cleaning on what. They were both very courteous, polite and professional! Our home has never collectively looked so good! They even went over-the-top for me by making all 3 beds upstairs, stocking our fridge with beverages we had left out, and even hanging my new shower liner! They cleaned from ~8:30a-1:45p. They requested I do a "service check" before they left. I noticed a wall had not been wiped down and they immediately cleaned after pointing it out. They left with a well deserved tip! We are excited for them to continue with maintenance/monthly cleaning."

"They were amazing, ontime, very professional. I needed my mothers house cleaned before she returned home from the hospital. Their cleaning was beyond my expectations. They not only cleaned the house but they deep cleaned, making sure they cleaned ceiling fans, window treatments, furniture, windows.
