From the initial estimate appointment, and scheduling the first clean, they have been quick to respond and explained each step in great detail. We had our first cleaning two weeks ago, a “deep clean.” The two women who cleaned were at our home for a total of 4.5 hours. Afterwards, our house looked amazing — our shower looked brand new! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Light switch plates were left dirty, not vacuumed behind couch, appliances not wiped off, walls in bathroom were left with colored shampoo/soap splats, top shelves were not cleaned. The owner walked the house with me and specifically told me these things would be done. Sinks/ tub etc. were cleaned. Staff was nice. I pointed things out to the team who went over them, but I don’t think I should have to tell a cleaning team to wipe off light switch plates, clean the woodwork, etc. when I ordered a deep clean and was already told these things would be taken care of. Not sure how they got such a high rating."

They not only cleaned the house but they deep cleaned, making sure they cleaned ceiling fans, window treatments, furniture, windows. I was so pleased because it took a load off of my sister and I so we can focus on mom. I will definitely be contact to see if the can do a biwkly clean. Highly recommend this company!!!!"
