"Honestly, I thought we needed new carpet, but not anymore! Jeff is kind, courteous and professional. He arrived on time, finished quickly and shoveled the snow from our walk (because we forgot). He treated my home the way the way he would want his own home treated. Despite the several inches of snow on the ground, my non-carpeted surfaces are as clean (perhaps, cleaner) than they were when he arrived. As his work progressed, he asked me to take a look and let me make a tweak to something I initially forgot to ask him to do. He even cleaned my catâ s condo (tree) which is amazing because it has been notoriously difficult for me to maintain. It looks and smells brand new! :) Jeff removed stains that we had been covering with area rugs because we couldnâ t and thought no one could get them out. I will definitely use Surface Master again and will gladly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs his services."
