On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. He is personable, has great communication (called about an hour before arrival) and effectively cleaned the areas needed. My dog threw up on the stairs and I needed someone to come out and clean it.
