"AJ did a fantastic job walking me through every part of the process to clean and inspect my chimney and to clean it. When he found an issue, he clearly explained what he was seeing, showed photographs of the issue and discussed priority and options. Never once did I feel like he was just pushing to increase the amount of spend from us. It was truly a consultation on what he was seeing and I deeply respected that.
