Responsive and timely repairs

RIverstone Masonry was incredibly easy to work with. I had requested multiple quotes for the project. Craig and Riverstone responded within a week. He reviewed the work that would need to be done and why, and provided a straight-forward quote. The other two companies took weeks to respond; one quoted half of the job and when I asked them to quote the whole job they never responded. The other was much more expensive and they couldn't start for months. Once I confirmed I'd like Riverstone to complete the work, Craig was in regular contact. He dropped off samples of the brink he would use to confirm we liked them and they would match surrounding areas. He confirmed a start date and estimated the timeframe for the project. Work began as planned, but there were a few days of unseasonable cold and snow that affected the schedule. Craig was in regular communication to keep me posted on when he would be able to work. I was actually surprised when he arrived during the weekend and worked both Saturday and Sunday to complete the project. I wish all contractors were so great to work with. I highly recommend Craig and Riverstone Masonry.

Craig did a great job installing a rock face for our fireplace. Loved the update. Was very efficient!

Couldn't be more pleased with Craig's work. Had a crack in the mortar of our brick fireplace, and one loose brick. This also happened some years ago, and the company hired just skim-coated some mortar over the crack. This time Craig chipped all the mortar out, and discovered numerous loose bricks. Even though the repair ended up being more extensive than anticipated, Craig stuck to his price quote (we did compensate extra for the extra work). He left the worksite clean and tidy.

Craig did a terrific job rebuilding our brick steps on the front porch. He was competitive in price, completed the work on time and at the price quoted. It was a pleasure to work with him and he was a true professional throughout the entire process. We would hire him again in a second.

Since I couldn't see the repair that was being done, he kept me informed of the condition of the chimney and the details of the repairs being done.
