We discussed the problem over the phone and he explained the issue with my crack. I am a Technical Maintenance Engineer and just speaking to him over the phone I could tell he knew exactly why my tub cracked just by looking at a picture. Mr.Novak and his wife fixed the tub in a little over an hour. They were very friendly and explained the whole process. I spoke to a few other company’s who basically acted like they did not want my business. I am definitely keeping his business card handy for future reference."
