Description of Work: Countryside has done two large remodels for us. Their work and craftsmanship is beyond anything we expected. They work with only the best sub-contractors. They do all they say they will and more. We cannot recommend them to highly. And we recommend them often.

While not the lowest price, they used quality materials, did not 'cheap out' on construction, offered alternatives, made changes with detailed paperwork to show revised charges. Worked a regular schedule. Honest. Contact them well in advance of job you want done, they are busy!
Description of Work: Added a vaulted great room to back of house requiring demo of back wall. Included expanded front entry, stairway parts, back deck and interior loft into vaulted space. They contracted all insulation, drywall, painting, staining, roofing....Countryside did excavation, foundation, framing, demo, interior trim, floors, etc.

 + -1 moreThey were actually very good and we would have gone with them, it was just that their bid was a little bit too high. So, we did not end up going with them but we are not yet sure at this point because we have not gotten all the bids in yet. We are considering using them.
Description of Work: We got a bid from Countryside Builders a couple of weeks ago for the tearing down and replacement of our deck.

 + -1 moreHe was higher than the rest of them. I would have hired him if he had not been too high. I have been told that they do good work in everything like that, and from what I have seen, he conducted his business like he is supposed to.
Description of Work: Countryside Builders gave me an estimate for the foot row on a garage floor.

Description of Work: I reported on this company after they build a screened in porch on my home a few years ago. I gave more detailed information on the original report. (Please check back on that report). This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their workmanship, ethics, responsiveness, etc. etc. are excellent. I have reccommended them to friends and know people whom they have worked for and have heard only great things about them. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: This was one of the few companies contacted who actually responded to our request of provide some remodeling of our garage, front columns, and interior wallboard as well as painting. Although slow to respond to the message, they came exactly when they said they would, made an excellent impression in their evaluation of our wants and needs and indicated they were very interested in the work. We were sufficiently impressed that we decided, unless their bid was out of line, to use them. The bid did not arrive when the said it would. We contacted them and they indicated there had been a delay but we would receive it. We never did. In the meantime another company did bid, did the work, and we were well pleased.

 + 1 morePhenomenal. These are about the most responsible workers I've every met. They always showed up when they said they'd be here, or called if they couldn't make it. They gave us a huge list of customers who they had done work for so we could check references. Their workmanship was exemplary. Although they might have been a little pricier than others, we were totally satisfied with everything they did. In fact, when birds flew threw three screens (the room was on their flight path), they came and replaced them. We were so happy with their work, we had them install tiling in our bathroom the following year. This is a family operation and they are devout Christians, stopping to pray before they ate their lunch each day. We asked them to make the room look like it was part of the original house and it did. We kept changing things around and they were very accommodating to the changes we made. They were all very easy to work with and very professional. The cost did go up from the original estimate because we kept adding and changing things, but they always told us how much it would go up, there were no surprises.
Description of Work: Built a screened in porch (approx. 12 x 14 ft ) about 5 ft.above ground using the supports of our existing deck. They added more support, put in a composite, Trek, floor and built the room to look like it was an original part of the house, using the same vinyl siding, shingles, trim and 3 foot overhang. They added a fan,outlets, and used the deck lights from the part of the overhang they had to rebuild. They insulated the walls and roof so that the room could be winterized at a later date.
