"Lot of other HVAC company straight up denied my project. But, Turner was completely different. From the customer service to the field service, they were excellent. There was no lack of explanation on each steps taken. Plus, their charge was very reasonable compared to other HVAC pros. I highly recommended to hire them for any HVAC projects."

"I like everything about them. They are personable, the gentlemen who owns the company, Bob, is very polite and careful with anything around the windows they are washing. Anything they have to move to do their job, they make sure to put back. They take great care to clean up after themselves, and respect me and my property. To top everything off, the work they do is always great!

The rates they offer are very friendly and competitive."

"Responded promptly to our inquiry. Provided specific pricing based on a base rate for 10 vents plus an amount for each additional vent. Arrived on time. Estimated amount of time it would take which was correct. Upon completion walked the job with me and provided additional information regarding vent issues they'd found. Will strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors."

Honest, reliable, hardworking, accountable...these are just a few of the words that describe Joe and his team. To put things in perspective, I am more than happy to give Joe the keys to my house knowing that whatever the task at hand is he will complete it on time, on budget and leave the house cleaner than when he started!
We hired Joe to remodel a large home in Hyde Park that had something partially done to each and every room. What was needed was a complete remodel of the entire house from head to toe. We met with Joe and instantly knew he was the guy. He wanted the job, wanted to put his touches on it and restore the home back to glory. Joe put together an initial estimate and stayed within budget the entire time. Every time an issue came up Joe was upfront with it and offered numerous suggestions on how to remedy. He always found the most cost and time effective solution to each problem we encountered.
We gave Joe a time line and he stuck to it, letting us know where he was ahead and behind on schedule. We would find Joe working with his crew on Saturdays and Sundays to ensure he completed the job on time. Joe also made it a point to introduce us to all his crew and ensure we were comfortable with everyone in the house. He explained the work he was doing, why it needed to be done and made my wife and I extremely comfortable with everything. Joe truly has a contact list of everyone that you need to get any job around your house done. Windows, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC...if Joe does not do it himself he knows the right person for the job.
Would I hire Joe again...in a heartbeat. I have given Joe to numerous coworkers as well as neighbors and he has gone on to do large projects (bathrooms, kitchens, basements) with them and they have experienced the same success we have. Any project big or small I highly encourage anyone to contact Joe. Without a question, my next home project will only be completed by Joe and his crew.

Heating and Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

A frozen coil can cause permanent damage to your HVAC system and lead to costly repairs if not fixed. It can cause the unit to overheat and also cause the compressor to fail. It’s vital to turn the unit off if the coil is frozen and address the issue as soon as possible.

AC drip pans last five to 20 years, depending on the material. Plastic AC drip pans last five to 10 years, while metal pans can last over 10 years. Plastic AC drip pans are vulnerable to cracking in response to temperature changes. Metal drip pans are prone to rusting over time, which can also lead to leaks.

The difference between a home surge protector and an HVAC surge protector is that an HVAC surge protector is designed to protect the components inside your HVAC unit while a home surge protector is installed near appliances and meant to protect your entire home. There are three tiers of whole-house surge protectors, and they are more expensive to install than HVAC surge protectors.

Yes, it’s normal for an AC to drip water. In fact, it’s part of the dehumidifying process that takes place inside your AC unit as the condensation trickles down into the drain pan. However, it isn’t normal for your AC to sound like it’s running water or have large puddles around it. If that happens, you can try the solutions listed above or call an AC repair pro.

It’s never a good idea to run your AC without a filter, even just for a night. The filter defends your HVAC system from the dust, dirt, debris, and other grime in your home. Without a filter, those contaminants are more likely to get inside your system and potentially damage it.
