Rich met my high expectations for stellar customer service and I would definitely hire him again.

So great to work with Premier Heating and Air. So quick to respond and come out to our home when we have had issues with out air conditioning!! Fair pricing, friendly, and faster than any of the larger companies you could work with! Won't work with anyone else!

Rich came out late Friday night and was able to get us up and running by the next day (the part store was closed at 9PM). He quickly was able to tell where the problem was and gave us a fair price on the repair.

He crawled in my basement, helped me move all my antiques; shop vacced the drain pipe and fixed it! He spent about an hour and half the first time. He came the next day to add freon. Very professional, very reasonable, I can't say enough about him. I won't use anyone else again. Completely honest, not out to rip you off.

This appointment was scheduled when Rich installed the new HVAC system last year. He showed up on time, efficiently went about his work and cleaned up. He latched the gate so the dog was safe and reminded me to lock the back door. He also checked to make sure that my thermostadt was not one that was recalled.
He's easy to work with, pleasant and he scheduled for next year's annual service.

I got a call back within 20 minutes of my call. Rich(?) came within 2 hours. He replaced capacitor. The total charge is ~$140. With 20% coupon, I paid ~$110. Very timely service. Did not charge me for anything I did not need. Very pleasant to work with. Definitely will use their service next time.

I was very pleased with the service and Richard let me know everything that he was going to do or needed to do before going forth with the project. I will recommend my friends to us this service.

I called Premier Heating and Air because my furnace stopped working. Richard the owner came out to my house within an hour he diagnosed the problem with my furnace, installed an ignitor and my furnace was up and running again. I had called serveral other companies that couldn't get to me on the day I needed them because we had a big snow fall and Premier Heating and Air made it to me within the time frame he quoted me and had the job done in no time. Richard was very punctual and friendly I will use Premier Heating and Air again in the future.
