Kris O'Connor personally repaired the leak, and we then contracted with his company for a complete tear-off, trim, gutters, leaf guards, and a new roof on our shed. They have a large crew, all very professional and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just three days. Excellent price, top-quality work and materials, thorough clean-up! Also, the day after the project was completed and paid for, we noticed one small item that hadn't been finished. "The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."

"Work started incredibly late. Most work was done as agreed upon. Contractor provided a few incentives on the building for being behind schedule. However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."
