In addition, parts of the original wood siding that had been damaged by water, were replaced with exact matching wood siding. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Kris was performing an estimate for our neighbor and when asked, came over to take a look at our roof that had been damaged in the Spring hailstorm. Within a few days he was back with the estimate for the roof which included shingles, gutters, leaf guards and more. We got ambitious and decided to go for residing the house and he included that in the estimate as well. The siding had to be ordered and Kris kept in contact throughout that waiting period and as soon as it was ready, his crew went to work. They were there promptly in the morning and worked throughout 3 days to complete the job. His crew was very polite when asking our opinions on certain things. When the work was done, the clean-up was wonderful. We were very fortunate to have Kris handle this job since once we had the insurance approval; we weren’t sure where to look for a contractor. The house looks completely different and new and last night’s wind/rain storm was a great test of the workmanship! We recommend O’Connor Contracting for any home improvement needs and will certainly call Kris for any future projects we might have."
