Graves Brothers installed a metal roof on my home. Very professional, on time. All the workers are courteous. They construction manager made sure everything was done properly and my yard clean after the work was done. I would definitely consider them for future projects.

I have Graves Brothers do my full roof in October. I could not be more pleased ! What a fabulous Job, Quick Professional and really wonderful. With the way our November and Christmas storm were so bad, everything with Roof and Gutters no Problem. I would say go with no other use Graves Brothers.

I hired Graves Brothers to replace a few pieces of siding that had fallen off as well as address some minor roof issues. The service tech Jude showed up exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and got the job done within the 2 hour window. I'm satisfied with the results and would definitely hire them in the future for any of the services that they offer.

I thought everything had gone okay with the installation and gutters until after the first year water started coming in from next to the chimney. I called graves and they said they only give a one year warranty on there work. New roof and $20,000 dollars latter I am not happy. I called them and set up an appointment and they are charging me $275 just to come out and look and see what needs to be done. I can not believe this. This company takes grant money from the City of Rochester and call themselves a reputable company but I will never do business with them again. Please go with a reputable company. Don’t waste your money with graves. This has caused female in the attic bedroom and all the way to the kitchen on the first floor.

I paid for 2 hours work, $318 Crew spend 30 min at site, 10 min on job and repaired 15% of the valley. I contacted job coordinator to come finish the job or return money. No response; I had to cancel the payment. No contact for 8 weeks. Then I got an email with invoice. 2 weeks and many emails sent and phone calls dialed (no response) later; Graves finally withdraw the invoice. I could not get them to come finish the work. It took me 2 hours to repair the valley myself after fabricating a special ladder to do it safely.

After getting multiple estimates we decided to go with Graves Brothers Buffalo. The salesman Steve was very thorough in explaining the process, pricing and warranty. We have a very large roof and I can’t believe they completed it all in one day. The crew was amazing! When they left it was like they were never there. My new roof and skylight look amazing. Every nail, every shingle, every piece of paper was off the ground. They even blew off my deck and driveway. I was so pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using this company
