"In general, things went well. I chose them because I liked their proposal to improve ventilation. They were punctual, the shingles looked straight, and clean-up was fine. Afterwards, I called about a damaged screen, and it was taken care of immediately. My only concern was with some of the details, which I didn't notice until months later. Due to unusual geometry, and dropping from 2-3 roof layers to 1, there were a number of places where the shingles and siding left large gaps. At a minimum, I thought they should have brought them to my attention and offered some options."

I dreaded getting our roof replaced since we bought the house almost 25 years ago - but now I will not need to worry about it for as long as we are here thanks to Ava. If you do not believe the five-star reviews on some of the sites that do not verify reviews, just check them out on BBB. I know many sites are pay for play when it comes to reviews and they also do not check to see if they are being posted by competitors. But the BBB will do that - and they just happen to have a perfect 5 star rating there. I cannot recommend these guys high enough. I wish every company I dealt with was like Ava."
