Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "We have an old Victorian house, with built-in gutters (called Philadelphia or Yankee gutters) and a slate roof.  We called because the water was pouring off the back corner of the house in a torrent, and not entering our rain barrel, which is connected by an external gutter to the built-in gutter.  A contractor working on renovating our kitchen was concerned that we get the repair done asap, before he put up the sheet rock in the new kitchen,  as he was concerned about potential water damage.  To complicate matters, we were also going out of town the following day.  
Within hours of my leaving a message, the owner, Eddie, called me back and arranged to come the following day at noon.  He let me know the price; we arranged a place for me to leave a check; and agreed he would call on my cell to let me know how the job went.  He completed the work, and called to let me know what the problem was (debris in the gutter and the gutter resting on, instead of above, the rain barrel), and that he had cleaned the Philadelphia gutters and repositioned the external gutter correctly.   The price was as he quoted, despite the fact that this is a large house and complicated gutter system.  They cleaned up great; I understand they even cleaned a worker's vehicle that had gotten dirty because of their flushing the gutter.  We have not had rain since the cleaning, so I can't be sure how well everything is working, but it looks good, and we were very pleased with the excellent communication about the job and the prompt and courteous service.
